I’m a performing artist interested in projects in unexpected spaces. A 2009 graduate of the École de Théâtre Internationale Jacques Lecoq and Laboratoire d’Etude du Mouvement - LEM scenography course, I have a B.A. in Visual and Performing Arts from Bowdoin College, with a focus on Arts and Social Change.
Together with Coline Irwin, I co-founded Association Peekaboo in 2011, an organization offering creative workshops around artworks and artist books, collaborating with partners such as Centre des Arts d'Enghien-les-bains, Centre Georges Pompidou, Centre National des Arts Plastiques and many more.
A 2005/2006 Watson Fellow for my project “Contemporary Clown Circuit” in South Africa, Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands, Guatemala, France and Spain, I’ve worked as a professional hospital clown with Le Rire Médecin, and now Laughter League, for over 10 years.
A teaching artist with the Brooklyn Museum for the HHArt of Medicine and Museum on Wheels programs, I’m the founder of the Museum of Play - MOPlay. I’m thrilled to bring my wide ranging experience in the Arts and Play to this new NYC-based initiative.
